Set at the heart of the magical village of Fowey, Place View is a delightful three-bedroom property with views of the estuary below. This traditional Cornish terraced cottage has been recently refurbished and is furnished and equipped to a high standard.

Fowey is one of the jewels of the south Cornish coast. Many of the most popular attractions of Cornwall are within easy reach, such as the Eden Project or the harbour of Charlestown, yet Fowey is a magical destination in itself, with its labyrinth of narrow, winding streets packed with independent shops and stunning views from every hilltop. Sail boats bobbing in the estuary, and unique events throughout the year like the summer regatta and the Christmas Fair make Fowey a dream place to get away from it all.

Place View gives you excellent views of this medieval town and the estuary below from the front terrace, where there's seating for six. The cottage may be traditional, but the interior is comfortably contemporary, with Smart TVs, a very well-equipped kitchen and a roll top bath in the bathroom. The bright and soft decorations create a feeling of space in the summer but are equally relaxing in the winter, with an open fire adding to the warmth and comfort.

Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee in the Garden Room or having a last glass of wine on the terrace looking out on the estuary below, you'll find yourself soon relaxing into the Cornish pace of life at Place View.
