Spring Park Farmhouse is a wonderful cottage located in Launceston, Cornwall. It has four bedrooms: one king-size with en-suite shower room and WC, one king-size, one double with an en-suite shower room and WC and one double. There is a separate family shower room and WC.
Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Off-road parking is available for several cars.
Spring Park Farmhouse is the ideal property for friend and family celebrations.

Best cottage ever
Nicest holiday rental we have experienced. Such a lovely welcome awaited, home cooked brownies, jam Clotted cream, butter,fresh flowers, eggs milk and ground coffee. Spacious, well stocked facilities. Wood burner hot tub. Woodland walks and nice pub not far away. Gas BBQ at the house. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large fluffy towels. Fridge freezer and loads of kitchen cupboard space. Only downside upstairs minimal hanging facility (hangers on back of doors) and one bedroom no drawer space for clothes storage. But that doesn't detract from the overall experience and somewhere I would not hesitate to recommend to others. Well except the week I want to go in 2020!!! Thanks Paddy, Kitty and Di we hope to return next year.
