Perfectly peaceful
We were lucky enough to to stay at this gorgeous farmhouse with our children and dog. We needed enough space and seclusion for both and we got that in abundance. The house is perfectly located in acres of paddocks and orchards with stunning views plus a secluded garden so it was perfect for dogwalks and hide and seek. The house is like a tardis and amazingly equipped with everything you need in the spacious sociable kitchen (we ate here mostly as there is a breakfast bar and table without even needing the extra dining room!) .The decor is contemporary and classic and you can tell the oak furniture is built to last- it really felt like a relaxing spacious home fron home with comfier beds and a bigger TV!. There is so much space for the kids to play and explore that we hardly heard them. The neighbouring cows you can see from the living room were a fascinating distraction for them too! We didn't need to venture away from the house much but we did visit nearby Seaton Beach which is beautiful and dog friendly. There is so much more to explore that we will no doubt be back to this gem of a country retreat. The hosts Alex and Nadia were extremely helpful and responsive and nothing was too much for them . Thank you for a really memorable staycation!
