Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wine cooler, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, and a selection of board games.

Outside there is allocated, off-road parking for one car and a shop on the ground floor. The nearest beach is 200 yard away and the pub is less than 1 mile. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
