Newquay itself is a bustling town known for its nightlife and attractions including the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo. A short drive around the coast allows visitors to explore of Cornwall s coastline with its numerous beaches and harbour towns. This gem of a property makes a comfortable base for a seaside break.

The lounge has comfortable sofas gathered around the TV DVD and gas fire which makes the room nice and cosy even in the cooler months. There is also a ground-floor cloakroom with WC. Upstairs the property s two bedrooms are calm and restful. The main bedroom is a double with its own TV and sea views whilst the other is a second double with an additional single bed.

The bathroom has a bath with a separate shower and WC. Outside the property benefits from a lovely enclosed garden mainly set to lawn and with views out to sea. The garden table and chairs make this a wonderful place to enjoy an evening meal with the sound of the sea or perhaps an early morning coffee.
