The property is nestled on the edge of a woodland near Exmoor National Park and benefits from wonderful views of the countryside and situated just a short drive from the quaint Devon towns of Dulverton and Bampton and the North Devon coast is just a short ride away.

At the cottage you’ll be surrounded by wildlife and feel completely immersed in luxury eco-style living. Feel free to wander the 24 acres of land and visit the pigs and chickens or wander up to the wooded Exe Valley which is a perfect spot for some lovely long walks. If you’re feeling more energetic then bring your bike and discover rural Exmoor and its incredible valley views and wildlife.

There are many local attractions such as the National Trust properties Knightshayes Court and Killerton House or alternatively visit the bustling town of Tiverton which is well known for its markets. The picturesque cathedral city of Exeter is a also a short drive away and is a must see when coming to this part of the world with its cobbled streets and beautiful architecture. In the evenings why not relax at the property or visit one of the many local pubs serving good food.

This semi-detached renovated barn has been lovingly converted to provide accommodation for two people that retains a real charm. Served by a private log boiler and solar panels you can rest easy knowing your holiday will have minimal impact on the environment. Furnished and equipped to a high standard the property is on one floor and offers: ONE bedroom: large with king-size bed and organic linen.

Bathroom: with large shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner flatscreen TV DVD and radio. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with cooker washing machine fridge and dishwasher.

Outside: use of private garden and to the front of the property a small patio area with views of the valley. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included.
