Stratton was once an ancient market town believed to be established in Roman Times and still has an olde worlde feel with its historic buildings and narrow streets. The small town was also the seat of justice for a wide area and is famous for its involvement in the Civil War. The nearby town of Bude boasts a wide range of shops restaurants craft shops and a choice of three sandy beaches as well as a sea pool and golf course.

The north coast of Cornwall and Devon is renowned for its rugged coastline and picturesque fishing villages including Clovelly Tintagel Boscastle and Port Isaac. Walkers will enjoy the dramatic views from the South West Coast Path. Many family attractions are within driving distance including The Milky Way The Big Sheep Trethorne Leisure Park or if you wanted to stay more local why not explore Tamar Lakes with its wealth of water sports superb fishing and great walks.

On entering this bright and inviting property you will find yourself in the welcoming and elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. The cosy lounge boasts traditional feature arched windows and is equipped with a TV/DVD. The ideally situated dining area allows you to dine in style while the attractively designed kitchen has everything you may need during your holiday including an electric oven and hob dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer and microwave.

Moving up to the first floor you will find two bedrooms firstly a double and also a twin with zip-and-link beds which can be made into a double on request. There is also a shower room complete with WC. Heading further up to the second floor you will find a large Master double bedroom with a TV and a stylish en-suite shower room with WC which is accessed via steps.

Stepping outside you can relax and unwind in the gravelled patio area complete with seating. Off road parking is available for one car.
