This terrific, family farmhouse with games room in St Ive, is pet friendly and can sleep fourteen people in six bedrooms.

Haye Barton Farm is a huge, detached, completely private, south-facing farmhouse on three levels, looking over 115 acres of farmland and bluebell woods which are all yours to roam and explore with care; there is a river. Sleeping fourteen in six bedrooms with sofa bed - three king-size, two super-king-size one with en suite shower-room, and two twin. Step inside a huge farmhouse kitchen with dining table and chairs one end with wood-burning stove and flagstone floor, through to an equally large living room with inglenook and wood-burning stove. At this level there is a big utility room and toilet. Upstairs, family bathroom and shower-room. Immediately in front, there is a small, enclosed walled garden.
