Within easy reach of the vibrant coastal resort of Newquay and the exclusive fishing village of Padstow, Willow Lodge is a beautifully presented, privately owned detached residence on the Retallack Resort & Spa in the parish of St Columb Major. The accommodation is generously proportioned, enough to accommodate two families in comfort or indulge with the space for one. Large French doors lead directly onto a spacious enclosed private decked area complete with table and chairs. Upstairs offers a spacious master suite with en-suite shower room, super king four poster bed and fabulous vaulted ceilings, a separate twin bedroom, it's own lounge with TV, balcony and full height windows offering far reaching views of the Cornish countryside. The property is well located at the end of a no thru road on a large corner plot, parking for up-to 4 cars adjacent to the lodge.

Willow Lodge is within easy walking distance of all the resort facilities. Complimentary resort facilities include: Indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, outdoor children's adventure play area, access to lake fishing. Resort facilities available at additional cost and may require prior booking: Flowrider real surf simulator, seasonal outdoor aqua park, seasonal cable wake/ski, pampering spa treatments at Esya Spa, amusement arcade, Bar and Restaurant.

The Cornwalls North coast is a playground for guests of all ages with endless sweeps of pale sand beaches, pounding Atlantic surf, towering cliff tops and picturesque fishing villages. Families will find no shortage of seasonal lifeguard patrolled beaches at Newquay, Rock and Polzeath and endless opportunities for fun, even when the sun is not shining, with The Blue Reef Aquarium, Dairy Land Farm World, Newquay Zoo and Camel Creak Adventure Park all located within a 10 mile drive. Willow Lodge is well placed for a relaxing or active break, with activities as genteel as walking the dramatic coastal path or golfing on the coast at the Trevose Golf and Country Club to the extremes of kitesurfing and wave skiing at The Extreme Academy Surf School at Watergate Bay.

Beautiful!
Everything you need and more. Cannot fault Willow Lodge, comfy beds, spacious, great welcome pack on arrival, clean & warm, everyone enjoyed it there! There was 4 adults, 3 children and 1 dog that stayed and not once did we feel we were on top of each other. The hot tub was also spacious and enough room for most of us to get in. Really can?t say anything else other than perfect!

Relaxing Break
Excellent accommodation, just what we required. Clean, spacious, very well equipped with patio`s front and rear. The hot tub is great !!! Site amenities are great with water sports, bar/restaurant, well stocked shop swimming pool, flow-rider (Surfing machine) and fishing lakes that are well stocked (3 hrs fishing produced over a dozen fish, roach, bream and a 19lb carp) with day tickets available. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Outstanding from start to finish
Stayed week beginning 26 June for 7 nights, party of 7. Lodge was spotlessly clean on arrival and all communication from owner pre arrival was very good. Clear instructions and helpful information. Upon arrival the lodge was spotlessly clean with a helpful information pack left. There are 4 bedrooms (upstairs on suite is huge), 2 living rooms, a really well equipped kitchen diner and 2 bathrooms with upstairs and downstairs balconies. The lodge is on probably one of the best sites on the whole park with ample parking for 4 cars and great views of the nearby hills from the glass front of the lodge. TVs in upstairs and downstairs living rooms with TVs for use with DVD's only in the bedrooms. The lodge had quality WiFi as well. Bbq and all equipment and garden furniture on downstairs balcony. Used the restaurant at resort which was lovely and also the swimming pool which was really nice. Fully equipped gym, flo rider and a lake with wake boarding and lots of other water based activities. All in all we had a great holiday and not a negative thing I could say about the lodge or the resort. Will hopefully return.

Recharging our batteries
A delightful, tastefully furnished Lodge in a prime position at Retalack park. We have arrived home feeling refreshed and recharged and ready to face the onslaught of Christmas ( or rather lack of it this year). This lodge had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The weather, typical of this time of year was dreadful, but we were able to use the swimming pool and Flo rider. With covid restrictions in place we had the pool to ourselves which I must admit was rather nice. With beach visits and a visit to Camel Creek to see 'the real' santa our 3 days were well spent. Our dogs are a big part of our lives and were made to feel welcome. The Christmas tree was a lovely addition and made it feel special. Thank you. We will visit again.
