There is an long open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with new settees for the 2023 season, then leading out to the patio. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio and a storage shed. There is off-road parking for two cars.
16 Ocean Heights is a newly built house in a perfect location for those wishing to explore Newquay, it is ideal for those wishing to try out the watersports offered in the area.

The location could not be better, 5 minutes to the beach where the surfing is brilliant, with cafe's and restaurant situated next to the beach. Within easy walking distance to the town with a wide range of shop, restaurants and coffee houses.
16 Ocean Height offers superb accommodation over three floors, the main bedroom
is well proportioned and has an ensuite shower-room. A family bathroom is on the second floor.All mod cons in the kitchen and dining/ lounge are appropriate for a house of this quality. ( including playstation & Nespresso machine)
Off street parking is a plus. (outside the house)
