Set within 267 acres of pasture land on the wild and beautiful north coast of Cornwall and enjoying stunning views over rolling meadows out to sea towards Lundy Island. This delightful former livestock barn has been tastefully renovated offering a tranquil rural setting with easy access to the stunning beaches of North Cornwall and with local riding stables within 1 mile. The closest rockpool beach and most secluded of all is a 35 minute walk from the farm accessed down a winding tree-lined road and along a wooded lane through Marsland Valley a designated area of Special Scientific Interest with its many rare species of flora and fauna and with breathtaking views.
Further afield are The Eden Project Newquay Zoo The Milky Way Launceston Steam Railway Clovelly with its steep stepped cobbled streets as well as many more attractions. The seaside town of Bude is close by and includes shops pubs restaurants Splash Leisure Pool golf course and canal. This beautiful complex offers plenty to do onsite with a play barn and activities for children and adults alike.
The property offers an idyllic home from home experience perfect for sharing with the whole family. You ll be greeted with a light and airy ambience in the open-plan living space which has views across the farm towards the sea. The cottage has several traditional qualities including exposed beams and charming farmyard trinkets.
The welcoming lounge area features a TV DVD and a wood burner ideal for cosying up in front of. The kitchen/diner provides everything you could need to enjoy home cooked meals including oven microwave fridge/freezer washer/dryer and dishwasher. The space also offers a large farmhouse style dining table and chairs for entertaining.
This cottage offers four bedrooms including one twin room with en-suite wet room with hand rails and WC. The lower ground floor features three further bedrooms including one twin one double with en-suite shower room and WC and one super-king (which can be turned into a twin bed on request at time of booking). There is also a bathroom that offers a bath with shower attachment and WC.
The farm complex boasts a large range of activities for adults and children including an indoor all weather play barn with trampoline play towers scramble net slides and hard surfaced area for racquet and ball games (you will need to bring your own equipment for table tennis and badminton). For small children there is a dedicated space with play castle and cottage ride on toys and a small slide. For dog owners there is a designated field for exercising and playing about with your four-legged friends (please liaise with the owner).
