This property is the perfect place from which to enjoy this stunning area of Cornwall. It s just one mile from the harbour village of Coverack with its fishing boats and pleasure craft offering visitors the chance to take to the seas. The beach here is a sandy crescent shape and is ideal for both swimmers and windsurfers.

Further afield the rest of the Lizard Peninsula has many stunning beaches making it a favourite destination for artists and nature lovers. This granite barn has been converted to a tasteful holiday home and you will feel instantly relaxed here when you enter the spacious open-plan lounge/diner with its comfortable sofas open fire a TV and DVD. The dining area has a large table seating eight perfect for enjoying family meals.

The kitchen/breakfast room has a smaller dining table perfect for less formal meals or enjoying a tea or coffee in the morning. Guests will find everything they need here to prepare meals including an electric cooker microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. One bedroom a twin is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms: the first a 5 double with en-suite shower and WC. The two further rooms are a second twin and a single. The first-floor bathroom has a shower over bath WC and airing cupboard whilst guests will find another WC in the ground-floor cloakroom.

Outside the property has an enclosed private patio and the owners are happy for guests to explore the farm and visit the animals. There is ample off-road parking.
