One of our charming cosy Cornwall cottages, this converted barn is set within 2 acres of garden. Stone fireplace, character features. St Keverne less than 1 miles.

St Keverne less than 1 miles. This character barn conversion sits in the beautiful well-kept grounds of Chywoone Farmhouse, in a secluded rural position, half a mile from the pretty village of St Keverne on the Lizard Peninsula. This cosy St Keverne cottage provides well presented accommodation suitable for a family or small group of walkers with a sitting room with feature stone fireplace and woodburner-effect electric fire for those cooler evenings.

This St Keverne cottage is furnished in traditional rustic style and is a garden lover's paradise as visitors not only have their own lovely garden to relax in, but can also wander around the 2-acre garden shared with the other cottages. Further afield, Trelissick Garden and Glendurgan are well worth a visit for their sub-tropical plants and carefully landscaped slopes leading down to the water's edge. The Lizard provides ample walking opportunities along the dramatic coastline and the Helford River, while shoppers will love to visit nearby Falmouth with its bustling revived quayside area.

This St Keverne cottage provides a fabulous retreat off the beaten track but is only half a mile from the attractive Cornish village of St Keverne with traditional pubs and shops surrounding the square. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 3998 and 26701, together they sleep 8.

Slightly off the beaten track.
A comfortable cottage except for the bathroom facilities which needs a serious update and overall. The shower is truly appalling, water pressure virtually nonexistent.kitchen facilities are ok but lighting needs to be improved. The main double bed also rather hard. The walk to Roskillys: although pleasant through the fields takes about 20minutes and then another 20minutes walk to St Kerverne.

We love this cottage! It is ideal for anyone wanting a holiday with a dog, a lovely garden area and a very nice property! The location is brilliant and the owner is friendly and nice to deal with.

An idyllic setting
Situated in a fairly remote area of the Lizard penininsular, the Longhouse is a well adapted barn with " all mod con " ;set in a lovely garden and next to an extensive orchard . Exiting the garden from the back, there is a picturesque walk through fields and quiet lanes to the quaint village of St Keverne and thence to the National Trust coastal walk. The owner lives on site and proved very friendly and helpful. The only possible drawback we envisaged ,would be for people with limited mobility as the bathroom is on the ground floor next to the steep stairs.

We had a fantastic break in Longhouse, it is ideal for a family of four or a couple. The location is fantastic, we had everything we could need and all the equipment in the house worked well. No problems at all and would book there again!

This lovely cottage in a beautiful setting is well placed for walks and interesting attractions further afield in a superb part of Cornwall. It is perfect for our dog having the garden to run in. The cottage is well heated, so important even in summer and very nicely fitted out. The gardens are just wonderful and clearly the whole place is much loved and looked after. We like our hostess very much and hope to return.
