This recently refurbished and spacious main wing of the farmhouse, with its own walled garden, is set right in the heart of a family run working dairy farm. A tranquil position, you will be ideally placed for exploring the wonderful scenery of North Cornwall and Devon with some of the best sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves and breathtaking cliff-top walks.

The town of Bude is a 3 mile drive and has a great selection of shops to satisfy all tastes, along with restaurants, pubs, Splashpool and the pretty canal where you could hire a rowing boat on a sunny afternoon. There are some attractions well worth a visit including Launceston Steam Railway, Tintagel with its Arthurian Legends, Clovelly with its cobbled streets and The Milky Way. There is also mountain boarding, Ten Pin Bowling and 3 golf courses all within 5 miles.

Explore the farm or visit any of the local pubs, which are a 5 minute drive, for a drink. Leisure facilities: games room with table football, darts and a selection of games. Farm activities: children can collect the eggs from the free range hens and help feed the calves by prior arrangement with the owner.

The accommodation has been furnished to a high standard yet retains much of its original charm and character and offers FOUR bedrooms: situated on the first floor, 1 king-size with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 twin with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 further king-size. Situated downstairs,1 twin. Upstairs Bathroom: with bath, separate shower and WC.

Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: spacious with TV, Blu-ray DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen/diner: farmhouse style with tiled floor equipped with Rayburn, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and built in microwave.

Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: pleasant enclose walled garden with seating, patio area and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking, bed linen, towels, beach towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included.

Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Additional information: You will have sole use of the owners' beach hut which is situated in a prime position on one of Bude's long sandy beaches.

The hut overlooks the lifeguarded pool so you can enjoy the lovely views over the breakwater whilst keeping an eye on your children. Location: beach 4 miles, pub and shop under 1 mile.
