The Dunes is a three-floored, modern terraced cottage ideal for one large extended family or two families sharing a holiday. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the second floor, with the first floor in between being the living area, so plenty of privacy is assured. The Dunes offers fantastic value for money with a great location and is extremely well equipped and comfortable.
Due to its central location, The Dunes will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village's facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall's sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock Beach is also just a five-minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers. Outside the property you'll find a patio garden at the rear, on two levels, with steps between levels.
Paved on the lower level and lawned on the higher level providing the perfect spot to sit and sunbathe.
