Crantock Bay House is a detached property, set back and above the West Pentire Road between Crantock village and West Pentire. It is in an outstanding position with fantastic sea views over Crantock Bay and beyond. The house is light and airy with plenty of space and very well-equipped to a high standard to ensure that guests have a fabulous self-catering holiday.
With two downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom, complete with separate shower cubicle, this house is ideal for parties who have a set of guests who prefer not to go upstairs. Crantock Bay House is a five-minute walk from Crantock Beach and Polly Joke Beach, making it a haven for family groups or keen surfers. A few minutes' walk away is the Bowgie Inn, serving food and drink with the same fantastic view, and Crantock village is only five minutes' walk away along a country lane, where there are two more pubs, a Londis grocery store, post office and other village attractions.
Crantock Bay House also has a large garden to the rear that's fully enclosed, making it ideal for guests with small children and dogs.
