The Bright House in St. Eval, Cornwall, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.

The living areas in this three-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size with Smart TV and en-suite, a further super-king-size, a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) and a bunk room, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a front lawn, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and designated parking for two cars, one in front of the other.

This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and two travel cots. You'll find a shop in 300 yards and a pub in less than 3 miles.
