This single-storey house is located in the village of Crantock and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Keelyn is a two bedroom single-storey house just a stone's throw from Crantock Village centre and within a 3 minute walk of Crantock Beach. The cottage has has a light, bright decor with a homely, modern feel. The open-plan living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a separate dining area, make it a perfect cottage for families wanting to come back from the beach, jump straight in the shower and be able to keep mess to a minimum.

However if a winter break is more of what you are looking for, the log burner in the sitting area is perfect for curling up in front of adding a real ambience. To enter the property there are steps up to the front door. These are in two flights.

The first flight is seven steps to a small flat area and then a further six steps. To the right of the stone steps (with hand rail) is an area of lawn with shrubs. The house is on one level.

Step inside the property and guests will find a the spacious living/dining room that is modern and bright including all of the home comforts. Straight ahead is the kitchen with door to the dining area and rear garden. The dining area is very well appointed and offers a homely and welcoming ambience.

To the right is first, the shower room, then a separate WC. There are two comfy and well presented bedrooms within Keelyn, both offering a choice of twin beds or super king sized beds. Due to its central location, Keelyn will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village's facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall's sporting, leisure and other attractions.

Crantock Beach is also just a three minute walk from the barn, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers. Furthermore, the fully enclosed garden with a separate side entrance, provides a safe place to let your dogs run around without having to worry about them escaping. Outside Keelyn, guests will find enclosed patio and sunny garden area to the rear with a separate side entrance.

The crazy paved patio is level entry to the table and chairs, there is a step up to a path that runs along the back of the dining area and a further three steps up onto the lawned area. The large lawn runs to the back of the plot. There are flower beds and a feature bed with a tree and perennials in the centre.

Crantock is beautiful for a rest a family holiday or to go exploring cornwall. This paticuallar cottage is ideal
My first impression of this delightful bungalow were wow what a beautifully decorated and spacious place. Fantastic living accommodation for a family with a beautiful garden and 10 minutes to the beach and only 5 minutes to the local shop and 2 very good public houses. The front room is a nice place to relax after a days exploring and the kitchen is modern with everything from a bottle opener to a washing machine The bathroom has a large shower and power points for toothbrushes The is also a separate toilet. The bedrooms are clean and fresh with enough storage space for both summer and winter clothes. Although you may be on holiday Every room has a TV . WiFi and a good selection of books and cd's. Are availiable I would highly recommend this place for either a family holiday or for a spring/winter break. And it would be a great place to spend Xmas or the new year. Dogs are also allowed

Wonderful cottage in lovely Crantock
We have stayed many times in Crantock and most of our holiday accommodation has been booked through Crantock Cottages. This property is new to them but is of the same high standard. The house is on one level and has a bright and welcoming feel. The fixtures and fittings are to the highest standard and the bed was extremely comfy. The bathroom and cloakroom are beautifully finished and there is a fantastic good sized shower. The house is well equipped again with quality homewares. We didnt sit out in it but the garden is a good size and enclosed so would be ideal for those with children or dogs. Parking is good with room for 2 cars, one behind the other. Thr location is also excellent, being close to the village centre where you will find the pub, post office and tea room. We can highly recommend this lovely property.
