Arranged over one floor with three steps to entry. The generous open plan living space is bright and airy and warmed by the real flames of a large woodburning stove positioned in the corner of a comfortable sitting area furnished with matching cosy red sofas. A dining area occupies a conservatory style section surrounded by glass providing a lovely sunny position for family meals.

The kitchen positioned at the far end is well equipped. Two country-style bedrooms each have their own private en-suite shower rooms. Warm summer evenings can be spent on the private patio of which there are two to choose from, furnished with a table and chairs.

Enjoy your cream tea a welcome from the owner as you soak up the peaceful countryside surroundings. Wander through 5 acres of fields including a shared, grassed picnic area ideal for family fun and outdoor games. A few minutes walk will take you to Gwennap Pit, an open-air amphitheatre, now a world heritage site, and in the other direction, for a quick evening tipple you will find the village pub.

The village amenities are a little further on. The popular beach resorts of Portreath and Porthtowan, great for surfing and families are a 6 mile drive and further afield the vibrant coastal resort of St Ives is well worth a day trip.
