On the ground floor, an attractive and roomy open plan living room with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area enjoying lovely meadow views to the rear.

The neat, enclosed garden with a raised decking area and garden furniture is perfect for soaking up the sun after a day’s fun and games on the local beaches, and there’s a handy shed for storing surfboards and bicycles. Bude’s two fine beaches (Summerleaze and Crooklets), natural sea water bathing pool, tennis courts, shops, pubs and restaurants are a pleasant stroll away, with more cracking beaches close nearby at Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven.
