A pretty, single-storey cottage placed on the edge of Pendeen in Cornwall. Sea views. Ground-floor living.

Situated on the Tin Coast, and the village of Pendeen, a World Heritage site famous for its Mining History. This charming ground floor cottage with accommodation for two guests, is a welcoming base for exploring this area. Set in a private garden within a former Cornish Dairy farm, it is a peaceful location for enjoying expansive views over fields to the sea, but within easy access to the village, the lighthouse and the South West Coast path.
Boat cove is a short walk from the lighthouse and Portheras Cove, a sandy beach, is a slightly more challenging walk, but still with easy access from the accommodation. The Quillet has a well equipped kitchen with views over the fields to the sea.A bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The bedroom, with double bed and soothing neutral decor, ensuring a peaceful place to rest.The living/dining room with a bright and airy theme throughout, is enhanced by an electric wood burner.The dining area has breathtaking views towards the coast, and you can watch the sun go down over the sea.
In the secluded lawned garden, you can sit with a drink or dine alfresco in its tranquil atmosphere. The village is a short walk, along a country lane where you can find the North Inn and local shop. Further on is the Geevor Mining museum reminding you that this was once a industrial area far reaching out across the world.
The nearby South West Coast Path which features in the book and film The Salt Path will take you through outstanding scenery to reach Land's End. Explore magnificent Cornish Gardens, or take in an evening show at the Minack from this well appointed accommodation.
