Surrounded by Cornish farmland this farmhouse is ideally situated adjacent to the Camel Creek Adventure Park where guests can enjoy free entry to its 40 rides attractions and animals. Venture further afield to nearby Padstow to soak up some true Cornish charm in the picturesque harbour or indulge in a delicious meal at Rick Stein s famous restaurant. Cornwall s coastline is lined with many beautiful secluded coves rugged cliffs and sandy beaches all waiting to be explored.
Inside the property is bursting with traditional charm through exposed beams tiled floors and exposed brick hearths. The kitchen is ideal for entertaining as it is spacious enough for many hands to make light work. Here you will find an Aga two electric ovens two fridge/freezers a wine chiller dishwasher microwave and TV.
To the other side of an exposed chimneybreast is the dining area where a large table will comfortably seat twelve guests and an iPod docking system will add to the ambiance of a special meal. When it s time to unwind head to the large sitting room which features exposed beams a wood burner TV DVD games films and books. Next door a sunroom is a relaxing space in which to enjoy a lazy afternoon or lunch while the snooker room beyond will keep the whole family entertained.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and benefits from a TV and large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and WC. Also on this floor are two further double bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room one single room and one triple room with three single beds plus a large family bathroom with separate shower. Downstairs a twin bedroom is served by a bathroom with overhead shower accessed via two slate steps down.
The property s rear porch acts as an additional utility space equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outside a large patio area is the perfect spot for enjoying an al fresco BBQ in the sunshine while the lawn beyond is ideal for both children and dogs. A private hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of walking and exploring the local area.
Young children will also love the chance to look after a young pony during their stay meeting them at the stables and taking them for a walk around the park.
