This semi-detached barn conversion is between Wadebridge and Padstow, Cornwall, and can sleep four adults in two bedrooms.
Sundowner is set in a small cluster of stone built barns that surround a central courtyard. Mid distance between Padstow and Wadebridge but within walking distance to the local pub. There are two bedrooms both with en-suites, which sleep a maximum of four adults.
The ground floor is open plan with a sitting area with wood burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a utility room / cloakroom. The front of the property has a courtyard whilst the back is patio and lawn with garden furniture including a BBQ.
Sundowner is a beautiful property which is comfortable and luxurious and in a lovely position to come back time and time again to explore different areas.
