PERFECT FOR A LARGE FAMILY NINTENDO Wii This superb property dates back over 400 years when it was once the heart of a working family farm. It has been completely renovated and restored to its former glory where much care and attention has been taken to ensure all the original features remain filling it with much charm and character. It has been decorated in a contemporary style yet within keeping of its country setting.

No expense has been spared with the attention to detail; all of the furniture is made of solid oak along with the oak kitchen and flooring on the ground floor. The property is surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside and is in a superb spot for those who enjoy walking. The farm still functions embracing traditional farming as well as free range chickens and the breeding of performance horses.

The rugged north Cornish coastline is within a short drive and offers many long sandy beaches secluded coves and wonderful scenery. If you fancy a day out then why not visit Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets that will take you back in time. The fishing villages of Padstow and Boscastle are well worth a visit and can be reached within a half hour drive.

Closer to home is the traditional seaside town of Bude which offers something for everyone with its boating canal leisure centre 3 beaches and busy high street. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 twins and 2 doubles both with en-suite shower rooms and WC. Bathroom: with separate shower cubicle and WC.

Lounge/diner: large with leather sofas flatscreen SkyTV DVD Nintendo Wii and woodburner. Kitchen: modern with electric range cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave washer/dryer and many handy extras. Outside: grassed garden and patio area at the front with garden furniture and BBQ.
