A LOVELY TRADITIONAL DETACHED COTTAGE IN A PLEASANT HAMLET Enjoy easy access to many attractions from this spacious cottage with large feature garden.Ideally positioned for enjoying some of the best coastline in the South West with sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves. Visit popular fishing villages and towns including Tintagel famous for its Arthurian Legends Port Isaac Boscastle Rock and Padstow.

Cycle on the Camel Trail from Wadebridge or venture further afield with attractions to suit all tastes including Newquay Sealife Aquarium Lands End The Eden Project and Launceston Steam Railway. Enjoy countryside walks direct from the property or stroll the National Trust coastline which offers some of the most stunning scenery in the country. In the evenings have a meal at one of the many nearby village pubs.

The accommodation retains much charm and character and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath shower cubicle and WC. Lounge: with TV DVD and woodburner.

Dining room: with electric woodburner effect fire. Kitchen: slate floored with cooker dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: adjoining the kitchen with fridge freezer washing machine and tumble dryer.

1 dog by arrangement. Location: beach 3 miles shop and pub 2 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
