This charming cottage is just a short drive from the market town of Camelford which offers a host of local shops restaurants and pubs. Situated on the A39 the property is ideally positioned for visiting some of Cornwall s most popular spots including Tintagel the mythical home of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table as well as the pretty fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac which is famed as the setting of the hit TV series Doc Martin . The popular towns of Padstow and Newquay are also not too far away and are a must when visiting this part of the world renowned for the golden sandy beaches that have become a mecca for surfers across the country.

On entering this stunning and welcoming property you will find yourself in the cosy yet spacious lounge/dining area. Retaining many original features including exposed stonework beams and flagstone flooring this traditional space is ideal for relaxing in complete with TV/DVD wood burner effect gas fire as well as a good selection of books. The dining area is ideally situated and is perfect whether you re sitting down to a big meal or grabbing a quick snack.

Moving into the kitchen you will find everything you may need during your holiday including gas oven fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. There is also a shower room with WC situated on the ground floor. Going up a short flight of stairs you will find the comfortable and snug double bedroom complete with TV.

Heading outside you will find a charming enclosed private patio area complete with garden seating and BBQ which makes for a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. There is also access to a private field ideal for dog walkers. There is plenty of parking available.
