If you do decide to explore further afield the location of the property makes much of Cornwall easily accessible particularly via the A30.

Head to the cobbled streets of St Ives surfer s haven Newquay the Eden Project or even Land s End England s most westerly point. The elevated position of this property means it benefits from fantastic views of the sea and beach particularly from the living areas. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers panoramas across the coast line and the village itself so you can relax in your holiday home admiring the landscape come rain or shine.
