The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire.
Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Godolphin is a convenient base for families, surfers and walkers with plenty of places and attractions to enjoy in the area.

Disappointed
A great location with a fantastic view over Polzeath beach.
The bungalow has everything you need but it is a bit dated and well used.
We were disappointed with the outside space, the garden is large but has a septic tank outlet in the middle so not an inviting place to sit and eat.
The patio is also in need of a bit of TLC.
On a positive note it is very well equipped for two people and there are great walks and fantastic beaches close by.
