This converted barn is situated just outside St Austell and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Black Rock is a converted barn nestled in the countryside just outside St Austell, near the infamous Eden Project, not far from the beaches on the south coast and all the amenities that a town has to offer, including There are two bedrooms both with en-suite facilities, one with a bath and shower over and the other with a shower. One the ground floor the living area is open plan with a modern, ultra-glossy kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is a lawn garden at the front and back as well as a decked sitting area and the bonus of a shared hot tub (the owner can arrange times for exclusive use once there), off road parking for up to three cars.

Within walking distance is the Knightor Winery & Restaurant and St Austell offers excellent wet weather alternatives including a cinema, ten pin bowling and indoor children's adventure centre. Well placed for a varied holiday experience, the renowned Eden Project is within walking distance; Charlestown, famous for its collection of tall ships, is a 15 minute drive
