There is a ground floor dining room and kitchen along with a shower room and first floor living room and family bathroom. suntrap courtyard with garden furniture. Some say smuggling helped pay for its fine panelling, coving and English Delft-ware tiles.
A delightful cottage in every way. Catch the seasonal foot ferry to Plymouth from the beach which is a minutes stroll away, and enjoy that fine city's historic waterfront
