Gullsway: Sandpiper is a ground-floor flat resting in Polzeath, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

This ground-floor apartment hosts two bedrooms, including one king-size and one twin. The bathroom has a bath, shower over, basin and WC, alongside a cloakroom with basin and WC. There is also a kitchen, communal utility and a living/dining room.

Heating is provided by electric storage heaters, whilst the kitchen contains an oven and hob, microwave and fridge. For entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are all included.

Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a communal lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, smoking is not permitted.
