Gullsway: September Tide is a lovely, detached bungalow resting in Polzeath and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

This all-ground-floor property contains two bedrooms, including a king-size with basin and a twin, alongside a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Heating is night storage heating and the kitchen contains an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

For entertainment there is a TV and Wifi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included in rent. Outside there is off-road parking and a communal garden.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted. The nearest shop is less than 1 miles away, the pub less than 1 miles away, whilst the beach is less than 1 miles away.
