Beautifull renovated particularly dog friendly one bedroom spacious cottage set in 18 acres of a working farm with stunning far reaching countryside views located in a small hamlet between Launceston and Bude close to the Cornwall and Devon border.

Launceston 7 miles. Ideally located for an 'escape to the country' this charming beautifully renovated and totally refurbished cottage is set on the a working farm amongst 18 acres in the small hamlet of West Curry just off the road linking Launceston and Bude close to the border between Cornwall and Devon. You will feel relaxed the moment you arrive after accessing the cottage at the very end of a no through road leading to the farm in the heart of the hamlet.

You enter the cottage into the hallway where the slate floors run throughout adding to the character and ideal for pets. Really spacious for two there is a kitchen with dining area cosy sitting room and utility room with WC on the ground floor and a tastefully decorated king size bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Outside the patio in the garden offers the opportunity to dine al fresco or simply relax and take in the beautiful far reaching moorland views.

Lovely walks in the nearby Swannacott Woods, Willow Tree Woodland Walk are 3 miles and further afield Holsworthy woods and the stunning South west coastal path a short drive away. Golfers will have the choice of several excellent courses close by offering a welcome to non members. The award winning coastal resort of Bude is approx 8 miles away and offers a choice of superb beaches and all you would expect from a leading seaside town.

Widemouth Bay and the year round dog friendly beach of Black rock at the southern end also offer excellent walking and swimming opportunities. There are also a number of historic sites which are worth a visit such as the National Trust property Cotehele House, or the Victorian/Edwardian copper mine and port, Morwellham Quay. A really comfortable farmhouse offering great holidays and memories which is available all year round.
