With breathtaking views over the fields to the sea this lovely detached property provides a beautiful holiday cottage retaining much of its original charm. Perfect for those who require peace and solitude you will be able to explore the 140 acres valleys and cliffs and see the wildlife on the Nature Trail in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Relax and enjoy the views from the property or venture further afield and explore the many attractions Cornwall has to offer including numerous sheltered coves and sandy beaches.

Also suitable for surfing are Trebarwith (3 miles) Polzeath (6 miles) and Daymer Bay. Boat trips and sea fishing from Port Isaac (3 miles via Port Gaverne) and Padstow and coarse fishing at Crowdy Reservoir and Delabole which also has the slate quarry (the largest man-made hole in the UK) and the Wind Turbine Centre. Golf at Bowood Park Camelford and St Kew Highway.

Pony trekking at Davidstow and on to the moor. Pick-your-own fruit and buy delicious desserts and homemade ice cream at nearby St Endellion. Several good pubs with good eating facilities and children s rooms in all the adjoining villages.

St Teath and Delabole. Well suited for day trips by car to other Cornish attractions including Tintagel (4 miles) with its Arthurian legend The Lost Gardens of Heligan The Eden Project and Newquay Zoo and Sealife Centre. Entering the property you will find the well equipped kitchen/diner with electric cooker washer/dryer fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave perfect for cooking up a family meal.

You will then enter the lounge with wall mounted TV DVD granite feature fireplace and electric fire to cosy up in front of after a day of exploring. There is a twin bedroom downstairs with shower room and WC adjacent. Heading upstairs you will find 1 double bedroom and 1 twin both with hand/vanity basins with bath and WC on the first floor.

Outside is an enclosed garden with seating and disposable BBQ with stand. Ample off-road parking.
