It is surrounded by open fields which lead directly onto the Camel Trail a popular route for both walkers and cyclists. The town of Padstow is just a short drive away and is a must-see for those who want to explore the local cuisine.
Perhaps the town s most famous resident is the chef Rick Stein who has made Padstow the base for his extensive business including cookery school brasserie deli and fish and chip shop. There is an interesting lobster hatchery here too as well as boat trips across the neighbouring town of Rock with its beach cafes and bars. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed garden with both lawned and patio areas with seating and BBQ while a gravel drive to the front of the property provides parking for several cars.
The real highlight here is that guests have shared access to the owner s heated outdoor swimming pool from mid-May to September which even has a separate shallow end suitable for children.
