The cottage is approached via a long private driveway which allows guests to feel as if they are truly getting away from it all. However many of Cornwall s attractions are within easy reach with the attractive village of Port Isaac the location for TV s Doc Martin only five miles away offering stunning coastal walks a small fleet of fishing boats a number of craft shops and in the summer months the chance to take a boat trip from the harbour. One of Cornwall s finest beaches Polzeath is just four miles around the coast from Port Isaac and the towns of Tintagel Padstow and Rock are within easy reach too.

This semi-detached property is a lovely example of a cosy country cottage with many period features in evidence. The lounge has a large feature fireplace and painted beams as well as the modern touches you would expect in the shape of a TV and DVD. The kitchen is again an attractive mix of old and new with its original slate floor cooker fridge with small freezer compartment washing machine dishwasher and microwave.
