The living areas in this three-storey home include an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility, a sitting room with balcony and electric fire, and a conservatory. Appliances include a double oven, two induction hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there's three Smart TVs, PS2, DVD player, Xbox, Wii, and WiFi. All bedrooms have en-suites, and include a super-king-size with balcony, three king-size, and a twin.

Outside there is a front garden with patio, decking and furniture, and a private driveway for five cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot.
