This home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, a first-floor snug, a ground-floor king-size bedroom with en-suite, a king-size and double with en-suites, and a ground-floor bunk room. Appliances consist of a electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and for entertainment, a TV with Sky, a further TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Outside there is an enclosed, wrap-around garden with lawn, patio and furniture and a private driveway for 2 cars.

Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in less than 1 miles and a pub in 200 yards.
