The Barn, St. Minver is a reverse-level property with a first-floor open-plan living space, consisting of a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for seven guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There are four ground-floor bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom, and a cloakroom.

Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Within 300 yards you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, however this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.
