The living areas in the third-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing an oven/grill, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight people, and a sitting area with a TV with BT Sport and Netflix, TV, Bose Soundtouch 10 wireless speaker, and a PS4 with a selection of games. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size, a twin with TV, Nintendo Wii and games, and a twin, along with a bathroom and shower room. Two cots and highchairs are provided, however guests are asked to bring their own cot bedding.

Outside, there is a seaward facing balcony with furniture, a south facing decked terrace with furniture, a seaward facing communal gardens with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Within less than 1 miles, you will find a shop, a pub and a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property.
