Little Impetts is a 17th century thatched annexe, it is a later addition to 'Impetts' It is a beautiful thatched cottage set in the East Kent countryside, they were originally two cottages converted to one in the 1980's, then made into a self contained beautiful annexe. We are situated in a quiet lane which is a dead end leading to All saints Church and open fields, also intercepts the well known saxon shore way walk, with walks along the River Stour too. The Parish starts at Plucks Gutter where the river Stour is crossed and continues through the settlements of East Stourmouth & West Stourmouth.

To see a video of little impetts go to YOU TUBE, the video shows the local area and some of the local attractions. You then enter the annexe via the rear door which opens up into the lounge, which also has a kitchenette within, to your left is the staircase, which leads to the main bedroom and Bathroom, which also has a shower, w/c and Bath. The Bedroom has one double bed.

on your right is bedroom 2 The room sizes are as follows, lounge kitchenette is 15'2' x11'2'. Bedroom 1.15'2' x11'2' Bedroom 2 G/F 15'2' x 6'6' Bathroom 15'2' x 6'2', the 5th person would be on a zed bed in a room of your choice, as described earlier little Impetts is an annexe to the main house, we are sure that you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful countryside.

West Stourmouth is a very quiet place to visit, if you are looking to just get away from it all and relax, its perfect, if your looking to get away and have great days out treating it as a base to come back to and relax, it is also perfect. Guest Book Comments. It's been lovely to be the first visitors to your charming little cottage, very cosy and quiet-we've all enjoyed the walks straight from the door in all directions, and to the many local pubs, especially those at wickhambreaux & stodmarsh.

The sunny courtyard has also been a bonus. Many Thanks. Andrew, Judy and Monty our Collie.

02/0711- 08/07/11 Your cottage is very cosy and attention to detail is amazing. Courtyard is lovely, but sadly we haven't had the weather for it. We loved Whitstable, Canterbury, and cliff walks around Broadstairs.

We appreciated the attention to detail making the stay in a small cottage easy to manage,. Dietary requirements meant that we were totally self-catering, and, found we coped more than adequately, it was surprising to discover everything from large stores to independent retailers, within a very short distance of stour
