The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with a double oven-grill, 5 burner gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people and a sitting room with TV with Sky Movies and Sport, PlayStation 3 with games, Blu-Ray DVDs, Sony iPod docking station, and a selection of books, games and local guides. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV with Freeview and DVD player and a twin with Freeview TV and DVD player, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a decked terrace with furniture and barbecue and a rear enclosed garden with raised lawn and furniture, as well as roadside parking.

Within less than 1 miles you will find a shop, and within less than 1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. travel cot and highchair provided.

One well-behaved pet welcome. Please bring your own bedding for the cot. There are spaces outside the building at postcode TR26 2RT which are owed by Cornwall Council and are managed on a first come first served basis.
