Set across a single-storey and hosting two bedrooms, including a double with en-suite bathroom and a twin, both with Smart TVs, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. This kitchen is fit with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, whilst the sitting room features a TV, Netflix subscription, DVD player with selection of DVDs, Sony SRS X55 personal audio system, iPod dock and DAB radio. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property.

There is an allocated parking space within security gates for one car, a seaward facing balcony and communal landscaped garden, outside furniture including table and chairs. Cot and highchair provided; we request that guests provide their own cot bedding. You'll find a shop in less than 1 miles, and a pub and the beach in 300 yards.
