The Kilns rests near Roche, Cornwall, sleeping eight guests in four bedrooms.
The living areas in the end-terrace cottage consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for eight. The lower-ground floor sitting room hosts a TV and electric fire. There is an external shared utility room with a washer/dryer.
The bedrooms consist of a king,two twins and a ground-floor super king with en-suite, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private courtyard with furniture as well as ample off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking permitted at the property. Within less than 2 miles there is a shop and within less than 1 miles, a pub. The Kilns makes a wonderful escape to the countryside of Cornwall.
Note: Beyond the walled patios at West Dry, Carbis Wharf there is a stream running next to the properties, so please take care.

Fantastic holiday all made better by the accommodation.
As soon as we arrived to the Kilns we were met by the caretaker who was ever so lovely, he explained where everything was and we also had a welcome gift which included a bottle of fizzy. The rooms were clean and tidy and were made better by having fans in every room as it was during a heatwave that we had our holiday. The room on the lower floor was huge and had its own bathroom, this made granny very happy. The lounge was huge and there were board games for all of us to play. The outside patio area was beautiful and quiet, we all loved this seating area. The WiFi was brilliant in all areas of the property. This property is in a perfect area so that we could visit many areas of Cornwall. We did visit the chippy twice and found that was very nice. All in all we would definitely visit again it was just perfect.
