The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, a living/dining room with dining seating for four guests, Smart TV and woodburning stove and a snug with tumble dryer and football table. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin and a family room with a king-size and a single with trundle, along with a bathroom, first-floor cloakroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed side garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, as well as ample off-road parking.

Within 200 yards you will find a shop, within less than 1 miles, a pub and within 300 yards, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Rockhopper Cottage is a splendid base for your next Cornwall adventure.

Note: There are low doorways throughout the property and the stairs are steep and narrow, which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.
