It has a modern yet traditional country feel, ideally suited for a couple who want to get away on a nice romantic break full of relaxation in this peaceful village. As you enter this lovely cottage you will find an open-plan living area with a contemporary-style kitchen, dining and sitting area with a beautiful, cosy woodburning stove at the heart of the home.

Adding to its charming old-time characteristics is the stable-style front door, beamed ceilings and exposed stone wall features in the bedroom. Outside is a beautiful, quaint garden with a gravel patio. Why not sit and relax on the comfy chairs with a couple of drinks and nibbles while the sun sets for the evening? The beautiful village green and local shop are only a couple of minutes’ walk away, perfect for a morning stroll. Polyphant is the perfect base to explore Cornwall and Devon and is ideally situated within driving distance from the north and south coast. Bodmin and Dartmoor are also within easy reach, and places like the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 45 minutes so you won't be stuck for things to do and places to visit.
