Situated in an elevated position, this recently built property is one of three enjoying spectacular views over the popular seaside village of Portreath.

A short stroll will take you to the sandy beach, numerous shops and pubs as well as cliff-top walks to enjoy the lovely coastline, ideal for walkers. Portreath is a perfect spot for enjoying the many delights of Cornwall with a host of popular attractions to suit most tastes within a short drive, which include The Eden Project, Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Flambards Theme Park, Newquay Sealife Centre and much more.

There are some lovely towns and fishing villages well worth a visit including Padstow, Rock, Falmouth as well as the county town of Truro which has a range of restaurants, high street shops and other leisure facilities. In the evenings, enjoy the pubs on your doorstep or relax with a glass of wine on the seating provided at the front of the property with lovely views.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors with most rooms having lovely views and offers FOUR bedrooms: on the second floor, 2 zip-and-link doubles which can be made into twins upon request. The ground floor offers 1 double and 1 single with en-suite shower room and WC.

Bathroom: on the first floor, bath with shower over and WC. Shower room: with WC on the second floor. Lounge: large, with TV and DVD.

Dining room. Kitchen: well-equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The living areas are all on the first floor.

Outside: small area at front of property with seating and BBQ. Amenities: garage parking for 1 small car and 2 further spaces available. 2 dogs welcome, further by arrangement.
