This modern house set in Falmouth holiday village resort, with conservatory and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Oak Cottage is a modern well-appointed house part of the holiday Village of Gardens resort at Pendra Loweth. Onsite facilities include an indoor plunge pool (not available until Easter 2021), tennis courts and children's outdoor play area. The house sleep six people in two double bedrooms and one bunk bedroom.
The open plan living area with dining, kitchen and sitting area and sunny conservatory. Outside there is a sunny terrace and beyond is the shared lawn and gardens with stream. There is off road allocated parking for one car.
Located one mile from the closest beach at Swanpool, and a short drive of Falmouth resort attractions, Oak Cottage makes an ideal choice for a family holiday.

Ideal if you want to have to wash dishes, glasses and a whole cutlery drawer on your first evening
When we arrived we found dishes in the cupboard with dried pasta sauce on them, glasses that also needed washing and had to wash the entire contents of the cutlery drawer as some of that was also filthy.
The TV stopped working halfway through the week and we couldn't get it working again.
The cottage contains no information pack or manuals for the appliances so we had to guess what to do with them.
We should have visited at Easter but Covid meant we had to move the break to October; we paid almost £150 more than we should have done and there was no mention of a refund of the difference. Sykes' cottages have always been fine (a bit more expensive than other agents for the same property though, not sure why) but this has put us right off and we probably won't use them again.
