The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer, dishwasher, and TV with Freeview, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with TV, en-suite and balcony, a king-size with en-suite, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom, a cloakroom, and a ground-floor shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there is a wrap-around, enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and a barbecue, and a private driveway for four cars.

You'll find a shop in 300 yards, a pub in 200 yards, and the beach in less than 1 miles. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot.
