The communal grounds have lawns, with indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools. Onsite facilities include a bar, restaurant and shop. There is off street parking for one car.
Within a mile is the pub and a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele Tudor House set above the River Tamar. Visit the sandy beach at Whitsand Bay or Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with moorlands and historic sites. St Ann's makes a comfortable base explore or unwind.

Lovely!
Arrived on Saturday a little bit anxious after reading some reviews, but as soon as we entered the property we were very impressed. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds are amazing, has everything you need, all good quality too. I could live here permanently.
So far have only visited the bar once, food was OK, lots of things on the menu not available. Really just using the apartment as a base, but it's so homely we're happy to stay in and cook and just chill out. Would happily recommend.
